How do I activate my VIP membership card?

Please note that for registering of VIP Membership Card, our system will only accept local phone number (+65).  For card activation, please have your VIP membership card and your mobile device ready.

1. Activate your VIP card through our website.

2. Follow the onscreen instructions, enter the 10 digits Registration Code followed by your Mobile No.

3. Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS.

4. Re-Send OTP request is only valid after 2 minutes.

5. If you didn't receive the OTP code twice, the system will ask for your email address as an alternative.
6. Complete the VIP Card activation by filling in your personal particulars and click “submit”.
