Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains valid. An SMS reminder and email will be sent at the 11th month of the membership period. You may renew your VIP membership card here.
Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months. Please refer to our VIP membership Terms & Condition.
