How can I track my In-Store Delivery Order?

  • Upon receipt of an email or call confirming the delivery date confirmation from Pet Lovers Centre, you should also receive a WhatsApp notification sent to your registered contact number.
  • Please note that you will only receive the notification on the day of delivery to track the status.
  • If you did not receive any delivery date confirmation, please contact the Home Delivery Team here for assistance. 

What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?

  • If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the courier partner will give you a call to reschedule a time to re-deliver at your convenience.

Why did my order take longer than the stipulated timing?

  • We do our best to ensure every order gets delivered as planned. However, there are factors that may cause delivery delays from our courier partners. We seek your understanding in this matter and you can rest assure that we seek to minimize such delays. Please note that we are not held liable for any delay in the delivery that is not within our control.
