How can I track my In-Store Delivery Order?
- Upon receipt of an email or call confirming the delivery date confirmation from Pet Lovers Centre, you should also receive a WhatsApp notification sent to your registered contact number.
- Please note that you will only receive the notification on the day of delivery to track the status.
- If you did not receive any delivery date confirmation, please contact the Home Delivery Team here for assistance.
What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?
- If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the courier partner will give you a call to reschedule a time to re-deliver at your convenience.
Why did my order take longer than the stipulated timing?
- We do our best to ensure every order gets delivered as planned. However, there are factors that may cause delivery delays from our courier partners.
