This promotion is applicable for all customers who have sign up or renew for a VIP membership in-store and activate it online before 31 March 2024.
- Customers who have received the $10 Welcome Voucher via Preferred Partners cardholders will not be eligible for the $5 Return Voucher.
- Customers will only receive the Voucher in the following business day after VIP Card Activation.
- To receive the voucher, members must download VIP Concierge App and setup their personal digital VIP membership account. You can find this under “Just For You” within “My Wallet” in the App.
- The Voucher is only valid for one-time use at any Retail Store Location in Singapore.
- The Voucher is valid for use with a minimum nett spending of $50 in a single receipt.
- The Voucher will be valid for 30 days from date of issuance, and it will no longer be valid after the expiry date.
