I haven't received my order. How do I track my order?

From the website:

On the top bar on the top of the site, click “Track Orders”



From the “In Transit” Email:
Click “here” to access the track my order page



For users who are not logged into their web accounts or checked out as a guest:
If you are not logged in to your web account, key in the email address and the order number (6
digits) based on your order, and click Track Order



For users who are logged into their web accounts:
If you are logged in to your web account, the system will show your latest 3 purchases. Simply select the order you wish to track the status of.
