How can I track my orders with Shopee?

Shopee has enabled an in-app track and trace feature for selected non-integrated logistics providers, including Singapore Post, Taqbin, Qxpress, etc.

Instructions on how to input tracking number for SingPost Registered Mail:

  1. In the order details page, go into an order under “To Ship”, click “SHIP”
  2. Input tracking number
  3. Click "SHIP"
  4. Tracking number is updated under "Logistics Information"
