Q: Where can I download the latest version of the mobile app?
- For the latest version, please visit the respective iOS App Store or Google Play Store to download and install the most recent version of our application.
Q: How can I ensure my membership is valid?
- You can refer to our dedicated page to Sign Up, Renew, or Activate your VIP Status.
- If you already hold a valid membership, please access the VIP Concierge App and navigate to the "Link New VIP Card to App" tab.
Q: Can I use my VIP Card on multiple devices?
- Each VIP Card can be linked to the app on a single device only - be it a tablet or a phone.
- If you have relink your VIP card to a newly installed app, any services associated with the previously installed mobile device will no longer be accessible.
Q: How do I utilize the Digital Membership Card on the VIP Concierge App?
- To use your Digital VIP Card, please approach our retail staff at the payment counter to obtain the QR Code.
- Scan the QR Code via the VIP Concierge App by selecting "Show Digital VIP Card."
- Please note that upon scanning, you will have a window of 5 minutes to complete your purchase.
