I have lost my VIP card. How can I get it replaced?

If your membership card is lost, please report the matter immediately at any of our retail outlets or contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

A replacement fee will apply as follows:

  • S$8.00 for a 1-Year Membership Card

  • S$18.00 for a 3-Year Membership Card
