How can I track my In-Store Delivery Order?

  • Upon receipt of an email or call confirming the delivery date confirmation from Pet Lovers Centre, you should also receive a WhatsApp notification sent to your registered contact number.
  • Please note that you will only receive the notification on the day of delivery to track the status.
  • If you did not receive any delivery date confirmation, please contact the Home Delivery Team here for assistance. 

What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?

  • If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the courier partner will give you a call to reschedule a time to re-deliver at your convenience.

Why is my delivery late?

  • The selected delivery date and time that you have chosen serve as an indication of your preferred delivery timing. We make every effort to adhere to your preferred timing, but on rare occasions, the timing may need to be adjusted/delayed due to external factors such as weather conditions or traffic constraints. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that are beyond our control.
