I am a VIP member. Why is the discounted price not reflecting on my cart?

Please ensure that your VIP card is linked to your online account.

Follow the steps below to check if your VIP card has been successfully linked to your online account.

Step 1: Log in to your account

  • Visit our official website at www.petloverscentre.com
  • Log in using your registered email address and password, then click on View Profile.

Step 2: Check your VIP card details

  • Scroll down to your Profile page and look for the VIP Card Details section.
  • If your VIP card number is displayed, your VIP account is successfully linked.
  • If the VIP card details are missing, please proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Link your VIP card

  • Click on "Update VIP Card" under the VIP Card Details section.
  • Enter your 10-digit VIP card number and click Submit.

Once your VIP card is successfully linked to your online account, the VIP member discount will automatically be reflected in your cart for regular priced items.
