FairPrice Online provides order tracking so you may monitor your delivery status after placing your order.
Steps on how to track your FairPrice Online order:
- Log in to your FairPrice Online account at www.fairprice.com.sg or the FairPrice Group mobile app.
- Click on Account and select “Orders”.
- Select the relevant order that you wish to track.
- The delivery status will be shown under your order details (e.g., Order Confirmed, Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
You may also receive in-app notifications from FairPrice Online regarding your order status and delivery updates.
