How can I track my Online Order?

Our delivery timings have been extended for your convenience.

  • For online orders that are made at Pet Lovers Centre, you may wish to track your online order via our website by clicking on Track Orders located on the top bar on the top of the website.
  • For more information, please refer to our Online Shopping Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I'm not at home (or at the address I provided) to receive the delivery?

  • If nobody is present to receive the items at the stipulated address, the courier partner will give you a call to reschedule a time to re-deliver at your convenience.

Why is my delivery late?

  • The selected delivery date and time that you have chosen serve as an indication of your preferred delivery timing. We make every effort to adhere to your preferred timing, but on rare occasions, the timing may need to be adjusted/delayed due to external factors such as weather conditions or traffic constraints. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays that are beyond our control.

To locate your “In Transit” via Email Notification:

For users who are not logged into their web accounts or checked out as a guest:

  • If you are not logged in to your web account, key in the email address and the order number (6
    digits) based on your order, and click Track Order

For users who are logged into their web accounts:

  • If you are logged in to your web account, the system will show your latest 3 purchases. Simply select the order you wish to track the status of.
