Our operating hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on public holidays.
Pet Lovers Centre reserves the right to not accept orders of any Product that may have been presented wrongly or inaccurately on the Website. The decision to honor any price discrepancy is solely at Pet Lovers Centre discretion and its decision shall be final.
The prices reflected on the Website are subject to change at any time. However, the final cost of the Product(s) including all applicable delivery charges, taxes and duties is quoted before the Customer confirms his/her order. The Customer’s continued use of the Website after the final cost is presented will constitute acknowledgment and full acceptance of the final cost.
All Products are subject to availability. In the event one or more Products in an order are unavailable, Pet Lovers Centre reserves the right to proceed with the remaining order or to cancel the order and adjust the final bill accordingly. No replacement or subsequent deliveries will be made for the unavailable Product(s).
