In the event, I'm not at home to collect the order, what should I do?

If you are unable to be home for the collection of your delivery order, you may contact us to reschedule the delivery.

Alternatively, you can call 1800-PETFOOD (1800 738 3663) or +65 6797 8801 from overseas, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our operating hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9:30am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on public holidays.
