How long does my loyalty points last?

Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains valid. An SMS reminder will be sent at 11 months.
Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months. Please refer to the VIP membership Terms & Conditions here.
