Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains valid. An SMS reminder and email will be sent at the 11th month of the membership period.
Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months. Please refer to our VIP membership Terms & Conditions.
Notice: From 3 August 2026, the 3-Year VIP Membership will be available for $17 online (Digital Membership) or $18 at retail stores (includes a Physical Card).
In-Store Application
- Membership will cost $8 for 1 year or $18 for 3 years and includes a physical card.

- Please note that VIP Membership registration is limited to local phone numbers (+65) only.
Online Application
- Membership will cost $7 for 1 year VIP or $17 for 3 years; no physical card is issued for online applications.
- Please visit this page here to sign up or renew your membership online.
- For memberships expired within the 3-month grace period, please select “Renew”.
- For memberships expired for more than 3 months, please select “Sign Up” to register as a new member.
