Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains valid. An SMS reminder and email will be sent at the 11th month of the membership period.
Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months. Please refer to our VIP membership Terms & Conditions.
Notice: From 2 February 2025, our 3-Year VIP Membership at $18 will be available as an additional option to our existing membership programme. Sign-up and renewal are available at retail stores, with up to 3× benefits. Please approach our store staff for more details!
In-Store Application
- Membership will cost $8 for 1 year or $18 for 3 years and includes a physical card.

- Please note that VIP Membership registration is limited to local phone numbers (+65) only.
Online Application
- Membership will cost $7 for 1 year VIP; no physical card is issued for online applications.
- Please visit this page here to sign up or renew your membership online.
- For memberships expired within the 3-month grace period, please select “Renew”.
- For memberships expired for more than 3 months, please select “Sign Up” to register as a new member.
