Online Application
- Membership will cost $7 for 1 year VIP; no physical card is issued for online applications.
- Please visit this page here to sign up or renew your membership online.
- For memberships expired within the 3-month grace period, please select “Renew”.
- For memberships expired for more than 3 months, please select “Sign Up” to register as a new member.
