Please note that a festive grooming surcharge will be applied to Pet Lovers Centre Grooming Centre:
- A festive surcharge will be in effect from 12-28 December 2025, for the Christmas season.
- For the Chinese New Year period, the surcharge will be effective from 6-16 February 2026.
- This surcharge will include an extra $10 for both basic and full grooming services.

For customers using Grooming Packages, please note that these packages are credits-based (for example, Buy $450 Get $500) rather than session-based. As such, any applicable festive surcharge will still apply when redeeming grooming services during the festive periods. All other grooming package voucher usage terms and conditions will remain applicable.
