VIP Membership Grooming Package Voucher Terms & Conditions

For more information on purchasing the Grooming Package, please visit any of our retail stores. 

  • The voucher can be found via the VIP Concierge App under “Purchased Vouchers” within “My Wallet-Purchased Vouchers”.
  • This voucher is valid for use on weekdays, excluding weekends or public holidays.
  • This voucher is valid for use at Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari retail outlets, within 1 year from the date of issuance. No extension of the expiry date will be granted.
  • This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Any unused or unredeemed voucher will not be refunded.
  • This voucher is not valid in conjunction with other vouchers or loyalty point accumulation.
  • Terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Is a VIP eligible for membership discounts on grooming sessions?

  • Yes, with a valid membership, they will be eligible for a 5% daily discount or a 15% discount during their birthday month for their appointments.

What happens to purchased vouchers if a VIP membership has expired?

  • VIP members may still access their purchased vouchers through the VIP Concierge App > My Wallet.
  • However, an expired membership will not be eligible for membership benefits. 

If a VIP renews their membership, what will happen to the purchased vouchers?

  • VIP members must renew within the 3-month grace period, as stipulated in the current terms and conditions, in order to retain their existing profile.
  • Renewals after this period or new registrations will be regarded as new memberships.
  • Similarly, if a VIP registers or renews their membership under a different identity (such as a different email address or phone number), it will be regarded as a new membership.

Can the balance of a grooming package be transferred to another membership?

  • Please note that purchased vouchers cannot be divided or transferred between membership profiles.

If my pet passes away, can unused purchased vouchers be transferred or refunded?

  • Grooming Packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, relocation, or pet health conditions.
