Certified Grooming Professionals
All our groomers are certified professionals who are fully trained and dedicated exclusively to grooming duties. This ensures their undivided focus remains on the care, safety, and well-being of the pets under their supervision.
Pre-Grooming Assessment
Every session begins with clear communication with the owner and a behavioral and physical assessment by the groomer. This identifies any signs of stress, skin issues, or existing injuries, ensuring the grooming session is carried out safely and appropriately.
Before-and-After Documentation
Photos of the pet are taken before and after the grooming session to maintain service transparency and for record-keeping purposes.
Safe Grooming Restraints
During the session, we use only body-support leashes to secure the pet, instead of the usual neck restraints. This measure prioritizes the animal’s comfort without compromising their safety.
Supervised Holding Areas
Pets awaiting grooming or pickup are always kept under staff supervision within the grooming area. Our grooming team members remain present and attentive at all times to safeguard animals in our care.
Post-Grooming Care
After the session, the groomer will update the pet owner on the condition of the pet’s skin, coat, and temperament, ensuring transparency and follow-up where needed.
Emergency Response
Our groomers are trained to respond swiftly and responsibly in the unlikely event of an emergency. The pet owner will be informed immediately, and we will assist with their needs to the nearest veterinary clinic for medical attention if required. All feedback is documented in our incident records and reviewed for accountability and continuous improvement.
