Who is eligible for the free samples?
Free samples are exclusively available to dog or cat owners who make a purchase in-store.
Do I need to buy anything to receive a free sample?
Yes. A valid purchase is required to qualify for a free sample. The purchased item(s) can be any product from our store.
How many samples can I receive?
Each customer is entitled to one (1) free sample per receipt. This is to ensure fair and equitable distribution to all eligible customers.
Can I choose any sample I want?
Samples are available while stocks last, and may vary by outlet. Selection is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of the store team.
