• To receive the voucher, members must download VIP Concierge App and setup their personal digital VIP membership account. You can find this under “Discounts & Offers” within “My Wallet” in the App.
• This voucher is valid for use at Animal Arts Academy within 6 months from date of issuance.
• A minimum spend of S$60 is required in a single receipt.
• This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
• No loyalty points will be issued on the usage of the vouchers.

• Vouchers are valid for use only at the Animal Arts Academy grooming centre in Serangoon Gardens (9 Kensington Park Rd, Serangoon Gardens, Singapore 557261), within 6 months from issuance.
• This voucher is only applicable for one applicant per sign-up.
• Model dogs are available at $20 for participants without one.
• This 10% discount voucher is only valid for the Basic Grooming Course offered by AAA.
• This voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
