Which payment methods can I use at Pet Lovers Centre?
For our retail store's purchases, you may use the following payment methods:
- Cash
- PayNow E-Wallets (via supported bank mobile apps)
- Credit and Debit Card. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayWave)
- Nets (Flash Pay, QR Pay, Cash Card)
- Please note that we currently do not accept Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service at this time.
May I Use Vouchers to Purchase a Grooming Package?
For information regarding the use of vouchers at our retail locations, please check with our in-store staff. Kindly note that the acceptance of vouchers (such as CDC Vouchers, Mall Vouchers, and Gift Vouchers, among others) may vary by the store location.
Terms and Conditions for Grooming Package Vouchers
Please note the vouchers is valid for use at Pet Lovers Centre and The Pet Safari grooming outlets, within 1 year from the date of issuance. No extension of the expiry date will be granted. For more information, please refer to this page.
Grooming Package Agreement Form
Please be advised that upon the purchase of a grooming package, customers are required to acknowledge the agreement form outlining the terms and conditions.
VIP members who have registered with a valid email address will receive a copy of the agreement via email. If you have not received the agreement or require an additional copy, please contact us here for assistance.
