In-Store Application
- Membership will cost $8 for 1 year or $18 for 3 years and includes a physical card.
- To activate your physical membership, please visit this page and follow the instructions.
- Please note that VIP Membership registration is limited to local phone numbers (+65) only.
Online Application
- Membership will cost $7 for 1 year VIP; no physical card is issued for online applications.
- Please visit this page here to sign up or renew your membership online.
- For memberships expired within the 3-month grace period, please select “Renew”.
- For memberships expired for more than 3 months, please select “Sign Up” to register as a new member.
How to check and redeem my Loyalty Points?
- Check your Loyalty Points on our Website.
- Redeem points for Redemption or Brand vouchers valid at Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores.
- Points cannot be used for home delivery, veterinary services, pet tags, grooming, or US Doggie Bakery products.
