How to apply for or renew my VIP membership?
Step 1: Purchase a VIP Card at any Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari store.
Step 2: Activate your VIP card on our website.
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions, enter VIP Card number, registration code, and mobile number.
Step 4: Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
Step 5: Complete the VIP Card activation by filling in your personal particulars and click “submit”.
Note: In order to submit, please tick and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Membership Fee
Sign up online to enjoy 1-Year Membership Benefits at only $7. No physical cards will be issued for online sign-ups.
Physical cards will only be issued for in-store sign-ups at any Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores. A $1 surcharge will be applied to the membership fee for the issuance of the physical card in-store.
How to check my Loyalty Points?
You can check your Loyalty Points via
(1) Website – click here to check
(2) SMS* – Text BALANCE to 9117 9609
*One (1) Loyalty Point will be deducted for each SMS reply from Pet Lovers Centre’s SMS system.
What can I redeem my Loyalty Points for?
Loyalty Points can be redeemed for (1) Redemption and/or (2) Brand vouchers which are valid for use at Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores.
(Not applicable for home delivery, veterinary services, pet tags, grooming services and US Doggie Bakery products.)
How can I redeem my Loyalty Points?
